From the time guests make reservations, arrive, stay and until they depart, front office personnel play a pivotal role in providing guest services. Guest services that must meet the ever-changing needs and demands of guests whilst striving to exceed guest expectations.
The students are taught the technical aspects of Front Office Operations to Management in the Hospitality Industry. At the same time, considerable inputs are given using myriad training techniques, to develop the right attitude towards a service mind-set, both in the classroom and outside.
The focus is on getting students Industry ready by the time they reach the Final Year.
